At Party & Pout, we offer fast and reliable shipping Australia-wide.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We use Australia Post and other trusted carriers.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
- Rural/remote areas: Additional 2–5 days may apply
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on courier delays or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your items.
- Express shipping may be available at an extra cost.
4. Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
5. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or delivery refusal, re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Pre-Order or Backorder Items
Any items marked as pre-order will include estimated dispatch time on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
